Established in 2000, Outcomm Inc. is a leading out-of-home (OOH) advertising company in the Philippines that has achieved numerous milestones in expanding its footprint, deploying cutting-edge digital formats, and enhancing brand visibility for clients.<\/p>

Over the years, Outcomm has installed hundreds of high-visibility billboards, LED video boards, transit advertising assets and street-furniture displays across Metro Manila\u2019s major roads (such as EDSA, C5) and key transit routes. The company pioneered full-color LED video board technology, introduced interactive bus-shelter displays with analytics and eye-tracking, and integrated innovative formats like dynamic lightboxes to merge print and motion.<\/p>

To maximize our clients' exposure, Outcomm launched its transit group who covered locations frequently seen by commuters.<\/p>

Pixel Eye<\/strong>
Outcomm established Pixel Eye, the digital brand of Outcomm, to segmentalize our digital and static inventories.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
