JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare and conduct thorough vehicle checklist inspection before use of the vehicle
  • Plan route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the Asst. Manager for Admin and Procurement
  • Transport employees and guests to and from various destinations and to assist them on entry and exit from vehicle as necessary
  • Fulfill special requests of the office by picking up and delivering items as directed
  • Maintain passengers confidence by keeping information strictly confidential
  • Abide by the Asst. Manager for Admin and Procurement and vehicle scheduling
  • Monitor vehicle periodic maintenance and registration
  • Conducts good manner of driving
  • Report all accidents and incidents involving the vehicle
  • Report road safety hazards noted in route
  • Perform such tasks which Management may require from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge in troubleshooting/minor repair,
  • With average verbal and written communication skills,
  • Good interpersonal skills
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Generally handles and assists in all technical areas, digital activation, execution and other technical events for all Digital site inventory and External IT requirement of the company, particularly from initial planning and installation, tech support, up to preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Support in installation of hardware, software and network components in all technical areas, digital activation, execution and other technical events for all Digital site inventory and External IT requirement of the company
  • Support in monitoring the quality and the traffic of all Digital site inventory, technical areas, digital activation, execution of technical events. Checks whether everything is working or functioning properly on a daily basis or activation/event schedule.
  • Ensure that all digital player and all its external IT components are functioning properly.
  • Handle major and minor troubleshooting of all Digital site inventory
  • Support in monitoring of heartbeat in all Digital site inventory over the network
  • Handle preventive maintenance of all Digital site inventory
  • Accomplish reports such as preventive maintenance, network test, test-run report, troubleshooting report and updates needed by the immediate superior
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in hardware, software and network troubleshooting
  • Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Sell and market the Company’s advertising services, LED advertising and other new products
  • Prospecting clients, initiate sales calls, increasing the Company’s client database, making presentations and complying the Company’s sales quota requirements.
  • Follow up accounts receivables from clients and assist the Billing and Collection Department in coordinating with difficult clients.
  • Maintain a high level of service to Company’s clients
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year work experience in Sales and/or Marketing; FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME (aggressive, sales driven and strong potentials)
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Has the driven to sell and learn.
  • Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

3 Full-time and Regular positions available; with monthly basic salary, mobile phone allowance, HMO and Life Insurance coverages + competitive commission rates.
