Activations and Events Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Events and Activations Project Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing engaging events and activations that support our clients’ marketing and communications strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ideate and plan engaging event concepts and activations
  2. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events and activations, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling
  3. Oversee the production and delivery of event collateral, promotional materials, and on-site activations
  4. Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups
  5. Ensure seamless execution of events and activations, addressing any issues that may arise on-site
  6. Provide detailed event reports and performance analysis to key stakeholders
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop impactful event branding and content
