Head of Activations and Events
Job Summary
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute business and growth strategies for experiential marketing.
- Lead end-to-end project management for activations, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Manage financial performance including P&L, cost optimization, and profitability tracking.
- Lead and mentor accounts, production, and operations teams to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with other business units (Creative, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance) for integrated campaign execution.
- Foster partnerships with clients, suppliers, and event partners to drive new business opportunities.
