Job Responsibilities

The Partners Management Officer will be tasked to do the following:

Accountability 1: Prioritization of Sales Inquiries by:

  • Generating the Database with site templates and ensuring its accuracy & completeness.
  • Updating the sales inquiry log sheet daily.
  • Proactively identifying new partner vendors and sites to make sure all AE requirements are met.
  • Checking all of the sites being sent out are of quality before turnover to sales.

Accountability 2: Implement SLAs by:

  • Quick response time to inquiries, not exceeding the 48-hour turn-around time.
  • Execution of PR initiatives with top Partner Vendors within the given period.
  • Overseeing booked projects without delay in break-date and deviation from agreed-upon specifications.

Accountability 3: Proper and complete documentation of all projects by:

  • Updating existing database with the correct availability and/or changes to rates and other terms.
  • Creating the project folder for all bookings, and filing all pertinent documents.
  • Proper coordination and turnover to project stakeholders.

Accountability 4: Sales Conversion Targets by:

  • Ensuring all profitability studies being sent out have at least an 18% profit margin.
  • Pursue monthly sales conversion (CSI Net profit divided by CSI Net inventory Value) will be at least 1.5% on a month-to-month basis.
Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • 3+ Years Experience, preferably in the OOH Industry.
  • Adaptive to change
  • Good grasp of organizational structure.
  • Process-oriented
